Under our flagship company C. Phoenix Tyler Productions, C. Phoenix Tyler Rising Stars was created. C. Phoenix Tyler Rising Stars is an extraordinary performing arts company. Through our UP Program (Unique and Phenomenal)  we teach diverse learners filmmaking, theater and music. With our film program students will film a movie. With our theatre program, students will perform a stage production and with our music program students will perform songs and visually impaired students will learn how to deejay.

At the end of our program, students will have the opportunity to participate in the Annual UP Awards. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in the UP International Film Festival.
